Parent-infant dyads will be assessed within 1-2 business days and, where indicated, a feeding plan will be developed. We will follow dyads until concerns are resolved, will initiate further referrals as clinically indicated, and will send referrers updates as appropriate.

If you are interested in care with us, please complete our inquiry form. Your information will be kept private, and will not be sold, or used for any other purpose. (Please note that we will also require a referral from a doctor, midwife or nurse practitioner. Please let us know if you don’t have a primary care provider so that we can help you get a referral started.)
